IDEM Living Ltd are seeking a Deputy Manager for one of our homes in Devon for children & young people who have experienced trauma..

We are seeking applications from current Deputies or experienced support workers who are passionate about challenging the existing narratives for Children Who Are Looked After.

You will be a professional with proven leadership experience within the sector and will need to be able to demonstrate that you have the relevant professional experience to manage the challenges of this role and the commitment to support the Registered Manager to achieve the very highest standards of care and support to young people.
